Meet the team

Shalene is an experienced consultant with a broad skill set whose role is centered around the GROW Gippsland Program, facilitated by ArcBlue. 

The GROW Gippsland Program aims to support local business, create more employment opportunities and grow the regional economy. In her role as Stakeholder Engagement Manager Shalene’s focus is to engage businesess and community organisations, and to coordinate key elements of the GROW program. She is responsible for a broad range of internal and external stakeholder engagement services, requiring intimate knowledge of the communities GROW serves. 

Skilled in training needs analysis, organisational learning, training delivery, management, and elder care, she is a strong consulting professional with broad experience, holding a Bachelor of Science focused in Psychology from Monash University.
